Advantages and conditions: Free membership is open to businesses of all sizes. For each ticket booked, customers earn credits at a rate of 3.5 per €100/£100 spent, which can be redeemed for free tickets, cabin upgrades, flight-related services or carbon offsets . Members also receive benefits such as free name changes, a guaranteed economy class seat on sold-out flights and “book now, pay later”.

Advantages and conditions: This program extends to American Airlines and Iberia and gives members the option of earning Avios points for airline and passenger or receiving a discount. Members move through tiers based on annual spend which determines their rate of earning points. It also provides a portal for managing and tracking expenses with the airline.

Program name: Company More
Advantages and conditions: Open to any business, this tier-based system rewards members with points for every flight flown. Points determine member status, with each tier offering benefits such as discounts, priority baggage and bonus points. The program operates on a 12-month contractual basis. Travel managers have access to a portal to view and manage reservations, benefits, points and tier status.

Program name: Business rewards
Advantages and conditions: This program is open to organizations of all sizes with no minimum spend required. Members earn one point for every dollar spent on Emirates (not on codeshare, interline or other partner flights), and points can be spent on award flights and upgrades. Individuals still earn Skywards Miles. Businesses can appoint an administrator to book flights, manage employee travel, and track point balances.

Program name: BusinessConnect
Advantages and conditions: Open to any business from a participating country, BusinessConnect is free to join. Members earn miles based on distance flown and cabin class. Miles can be spent on flights with Etihad and over 20 airline partners, cabin upgrades or rewards store products.

Program name: Finnair Corporate Program
Advantages and conditions: Finnair’s program is open to companies of all sizes. Members are entitled to discounts on long-haul flights in the Flex fare category, including business, premium economy class and economy class (although special conditions apply for certain flights to Japan and North America). Classic and Light fares and European routes are not discounted, but companies are guaranteed “best price of the day”.

Advantages and conditions: This free loyalty program is open to companies of all sizes. When members book with Lufthansa or one of its partner airlines, including United, they earn Benefit Points based on booking class and destination. Points can be spent on rewards such as free flights, upgrades, ancillary products, discounts on future flights, lounge access, WorldShop products or Sixt car rental vouchers.

Program name: Beyond Business
Advantages and conditions: Beyond Business allows customers to access discounted rates. It has five tiers based on spend, with the highest two including benefits like Priviledge Club tier offers and priority baggage. Customers can earn one to three Qrewards for every dollar spent, depending on their tier.

Advantages and conditions: For companies spending at least 500,000 Swedish Krona (about €47,800), SAS offers instant discounts on flights to eligible destinations in Europe, the United States and Asia. Businesses are categorized into tiers based on their spend, with each successive tier offering greater discounts.

Program name: HighFlyer
Advantages and conditions: SIA merged its two corporate programs in 2021. Customers can earn HighFlyer points on eligible Singapore Airlines and Scoot flights (and individual travelers will still earn KrisFlyer miles), with preferential rates available based on tier status. membership (which depends on annual expenses). Points can be spent on ancillary products, award flights or vouchers to spend with partner airlines.

Program name: TAP Company
Advantages and conditions: This program is free and does not require minimum expenditure. Each flight with TAP earns a “balance”, which can be used to pay for future flights, in whole or in part, as well as services and other TAP products. The balance is calculated based on the value of the fare plus the airline surcharge.
